the petitioners and Mrs. M.A. Deshpande, learned Additional Government Pleader.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the Tribunal at Aurangabad is functioning and the Tribunal is dealing with the matters. The examinations are postponed. 3.

In view of that as the matters can be effectively dealt with by the Tribunal, we transfer these matters to the Tribunal with a request that the decision may be taken before examinations are held and the petitioners may seek appropriate orders from the Tribunal as the circumstances may warrant.
