The petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 6.7.2025 passed by respondent No. 3, District Superintendent of Land Records, Dhule. The petitioner has alternate remedy to challenge the mutation entry by filing an appeal. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner party in person, to avail alternate remedy, as available in law within a period of four weeks. Till then, the effect, operation and implementation of Mutation Entry No. 19927 dated 6.7.2025 shall be kept in abeyance. [S.G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J] grt/-
