We do not appreciate the lethargy on the part of the Petitioner. 2.

Mr. Barlinge, the learned counsel submits that, the proceeding of the first cousin of the Petitioner, namely, Aaditya Vijay Patil is pending with the Committee and this Court had directed that, the Committee would decide the proceeding by 10.10.2021. The same vigilance report could apply to the Petitioner also. 3.

Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 28.09.2021. The Committee, if it is possible for it, may endeavour to decide the validation proceeding by 10.10.2021.

We have passed the order as earlier, the order is passed in case of the first cousin of the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.9928/2021 to decide the proceeding by 10.10.2021.
