The petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 9.7.2025 passed by respondent No. 3, District Superintendent of Land Records, Dhule. The petitioner has an alternate remedy to challenge the mutation entry by filing an appeal. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner-party-in-person, to avail alternate remedy, as available in law within a period of four weeks. Till then, the effect, operation and implementation of Mutation Entry No. 19936 dated 9.7.2025 shall be kept in abeyance. [S.G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J] grt/-
