After arguing the petition for some time, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition to avail remedy of appeal to challenge the order dated 19th April 2023 passed by respondent no.5 canceling admission of the petitioner for the course of Master of Social Work for the Academic Year 2021-22. 2.

In view of the said statement, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the writ petition to avail the remedy. The Appellate Authority to consider the period which the petitioner has spent before this Court, in case the petitioner files the appeal within a period of two weeks from today.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
