The applicants are alleged to have been accused in Crime No. I-185/2015 registered with Kotwali Police Station, District

-2Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 307, 353, 332, 333, 341, 224, 225, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The perusal of the investigation papers reflects that the investigation is almost completed. The applicants are behind the bars since more than two months. The custodial interrogation of the present applicants is not required, looking to the nature of the allegations, and investigation carried out till today. No fruitful purpose will be served, if the applicants are released on bail. 3.

In view of above, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order the release of the present applicants on bail. Hence, I propose to pass the following order.

(a) The applicants be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) by each of the applicant, with one surety in the like amount, in connection with Kotwali Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 307, 353, 332, 333, 341, 224, 225, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(b) The applicants shall not enter into the jurisdiction of

-3Kotwali Police Station, District Ahmednagar till filing of the charge sheet in the present matter.

Both the criminal applications stand allowed in above terms.
