This is an application filed by respondent no. 3 praying for recalling the non-bailable warrant directed by us vide order dated 05.08.2024. 3.

The learned advocate for respondent no. 3-applicant tenders an apology and submits that he had not caused the appearance because of some difficulty in communication. He would be passing the order and issuing the caste certificate to the petitioner during the course of the day and at the latest, by tomorrow.

We accept the statement as an undertaking to the court and recall the warrant.
