Learned A.P.P. waives notice for the respondent-State.

The applicant, who has been convicted by the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Latur vide judgment and order dated 05/08/2015 passed in Special Case (Atro) No. 7 of 2013, for the offences punishable

Appln. 4487/2015 under section 452 r/w. 34, 354 r/w. 34 and 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 6 months and to pay fine of Rs.200/-,in default to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 15 days on each of the counts, is praying for suspension of the substantive sentences during the pendency of the appeal and his release on bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that fine amount is already deposited.

Considering the short term sentences awarded to the present applicant, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended. The applicant be released on bail, upon his execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.
