ORDER :

Advocate Shri. Mete is present for applicants in Civil Application No. 12075/2015. Other side is absent. Learned counsel Shri. Mete submitted that in Civil Application No. 4065/1993 relief of injunction is granted against the respondents by this Court and they are prevented from creating any third party interest. Due to this order, respondents may not be creating third party interest, but by misusing this order, the appellants are creating third party interest and so they also prayed for preventing the appellants from selling these properties. In view of the submissions made and contents of the application, this Court holds that similar relief needs to be given

CA No. 12075/2015 in favour of respondents of the appeal.

So, both the parties are to maintain status-quo. Both the parties are not to create third party interest. Stand over to 22.6.2016. Civil Application No. 12075/2015 is disposed of accordingly.
