The learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad and the learned counsel for the Panchayat Samittee submit that the petitioner has got remedy before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalna against the impugned order. 2.

In light of that, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as contended by respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 3.

In case the petitioner files appeal before 15 days from today, the issue of limitation shall not be raised. All contentions are kept open. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
