The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petition is filed by the School Management through its President. The respondents are not considering proposal dated 15.06.2018 of the School Management Committee and Gram Panhay to open 08th standard class in Zilla Parishad Kanya Vidyalaya, Zari, Tq. & Dist. Parbhani. The learned counsel submits that the proposal has been given, however, same is not considered. 2.

Mr. Nagargoje, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner without permission from respondent Nos. 2 and 3 started 08th standard. The same is not permissible.

The G. R. dated 02nd July, 2013 even applies to schools run by the Zilla Parishad also. In the vicinity there are already three schools running and those three schools are Zilla Parishad Schools.

In view of the Government Resolution dated 02nd July, 2013, no further directions can be issued to the respondents to consider the proposal of the petitioner.

Moreover, it has been stated on affidavit by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 that, the petitioner without permission of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 started 08th standard. The same is illegal. The petitioner shall not continue with the 08th standard and if it has commenced 8th standard, shall close it down. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs. [A. M. DHAVALE, J.] [S. V.
