The learned AGP for respondent No. 1 opposed the application. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. The delay is condoned. However, it is made clear that as regards to entitlement of the claimants for the interest on the amount of compensation for the delayed period will be considered at the time of final hearing. The civil application is disposed of accordingly.
