Heard rival submissions. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that he would remove all the office objections within two weeks. In view of the same and for the reasons recorded in the application, the order dtd.01.03.2022 of refusing the registration of First Appeal Stamp No.10879/2021 along with Civil Application Stamp No.10880/2021 for removal of office objections, is set aside subject to removal of all such office objections within 2 weeks from the date of this order. The delay of 174 days in filing this application also stands condoned.
