This Petition can be disposed of by

wp9950.15 issuing directions to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 or any other officer appointed by the Collector to decide the application for rental compensation tendered on 1st November 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight months from today and it is accordingly directed. On determination of amount of rental compensation, the same shall be disbursed in favour of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months from the date of such determination.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
