The learned counsel for the applicant submits that an inadvertent statement was made before the learned Vacation Judge. Hence, on 23rd May 2023, leave was granted to the applicant to approach the Sessions Court for bail. However, the learned counsel for the applicant would submit that he has received instructions that earlier to Bail Application No. 826 of 2023, which was withdrawn on 23.05.2023, were dismissed. The record of the earlier bail orders is available. This Court (Coram : R.G. Avachat J) had expressed disinclination to grant bail. In view of this learned counsel for the applicant submits that there are no change in circumstances. Hence, the applicant does not want to proceed with this matter. 2.

Since there are no change in the circumstances, the application stands dismissed.
