1] This appeal is placed before us in today'

s National Lok Adalat.

2] Mr.S.G.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.E.S.Murge, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 5 are present.

3] Mr.S.G.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he wants to withdraw this appeal. 4] Mr.E.S.Murge, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 5 has no objection to withdraw the said appeal. 5] Allow to withdraw this First Appeal and same stand disposed of as withdrawn.

436.16FA 6] The amount deposited by the appellant is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondents - claimants along with accrued interest. After the minor respondents would attain majority and after taking relevant documents, they would be at liberty to apply for withdrawal of the said amount.

7] The disbursement of the amount shall be as per the apportionment made by the Tribunal.

8] The Office is directed to refund the Court fees and issue necessary certificate to that effect according to Rules.
