Heard. This Court earlier in Civil Application No. 3298 of 2024 arising out of same acquisition proceeding, allowed the applicant to withdraw 75% amount. Hence, following order :-

ORDER

(i) The application is partly allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. (iii) Further 25% amount is allowed to be withdrawn along with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. (iv) Balance amount shall be invested in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank, to be renewed periodically, till disposal of the appeal.
