The applications for withdrawal of amount:

These applications are for withdrawal of amount. The learned counsel for applicants relies on the order dated 29th April, 2022 passed in Civil Application No.5541 of 2022. In view of the above, the following order is passed:-

O R D E R

I.

The applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. The applicants/

claimants are further permitted to withdraw 25% of the compensation amount with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. II.
