Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that due to oversight the date for removing objection had been missed out and the conditional order had become operative. He submits that the lapse had not been intentional and has been caused under inadvertence.

Having regard to the submissions, it appears to be expedient to allow the application.
