Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court has permitted applicant to withdraw amount, while passing order this Court has directed to furnish solvent surety. Accordingly, applicant has furnish solvent surety namely Pralhad Shivaji Nagime but applicant wants to replace the said solvent surety with Sunil Sopan Nagime. Hence requested to allow the application.
