By this application, the applicants seek permission to implead them in the appeal being the legal representative of the original claimant no.2, who died during pendency of the claim petition on 08.08.2018, however, his legal heirs were not brought on record. The contention of the applicants is that they are legal heirs of the deceased.

The appellants, who are other legal heirs of the deceased do not dispute the relationship. However, contends that the applicants may not be entitled to receive the compensation. 3.

Keeping the issue as regards the entitlement of the applicants to receive the compensation open, the application is allowed.
