Learned Addl. Govt. Pleader states that the petitioner has remedy under Rule 14 (e) of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules.1964. 3.

In light of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy.

All contentions kept open. No costs.

5.

The authority where the appeal would be filed shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition. 6.

Interim orders passed by this Court shall continue for a period of 15 days, so as to enable the petitioner to file appeal. 7.

Needless to state, on lapse of 15 days, the protection granted

by this Court shall come to an end.
