When present group of appeals is called out, Advocate Shri L.C. Patil submitted that he has instructions to appear in all these appeals for

(2) original claimants, who are respondents in the present appeals. Shri Phule, the learned AGP waives service for respondent-State. Service therefore stands complete.

For the reasons stated in the applications, which according to me are just and sufficient to condone the delay, the delay deserves to be condoned. Even otherwise, the learned counsel for the claimants fairly conceded for condoning the delay and take up the matter for early hearing on merits. In the circumstances, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applications are allowed.

ii) The delay of 352 days caused in filing the appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law.

iii) Civil Applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

iv) On registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 03.12.2018.

Shri L.C. Patil waives notice for respondents-claimants and Shri Phule, the learned AGP waives notice for

(3) respondent-State. Service Complete.

v) List the present appeals for further consideration on 03.12.2018. Call record and proceedings.
