Heard learned counsel for the applicants in all these civil applications along with learned AGP. The learned counsel for the respondent No.2 Acquiring Body though served, but remained absent.

The applicants in all these applications are praying for condonation of delay of 565 days in frst application and 669 days in all remaining applications. The learned counsel for the applicants praying that all the applicants are poor farmers and since they got the compensation amount belatedly, the aforesaid delay has been caused in fling frst appeal.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the application and submitted that the applicants could not be entitled for any monetary relief for their respective delay period. 4.
As such, in view of the submissions made by the learned AGP and the reasons stated in the applications, the same are hereby allowed and the respective delay in all these applications stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period, if the appeals are fnally decided in their favour.

All the respective appeals are placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
