The challenge in this petition is to the order below Exh.3, passed by Additional Sessions Judge-1, Nanded in Criminal Appeal No.32/2020. Vide the order impugned herein, the appellate Court has granted stay to the order granting maintenance of Rs.4000/- per month. The order dates back to October 2020. In the fitness of things, the appellate Court is requested to decide the appeal on its own merits within a time-frame of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
