Heard Mr.Shingare, learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Respondents.

Mr.Shingare, learned counsel states that the Petitioner was transferred and absorbed vide order dated 3rd April, 2014. However, vide order dated 16th August, 2014, the said order was cancelled. The same is illegal and not in consonance with the provisions of law. The order impugned is dated 16th August, 2014. There is no interim order passed by the Court. The Petitioner has also filed a representation (Exhibit - 'J').

In light of the above, we pass the following order: I.

Respondent No.2 shall consider the representation filed by the Petitioner (Exhibit - 'J'), on its own merits,

II.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
