Heard both the sides. The petitioners request for regularization was directed to be considered by the respondents. 2.

As can be seen, along with the affidavit-in-reply, copy of communication dated 10.12.02019 addressed to the Superintendent of Police and the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad, on behalf of the State Government, Home Department, mentioning that the request of the petitioner could not be considered and has been rejected.

Needless to state that, it would always been for the petitioner to challenge the decision independently. Since the directions of which implementation is being sought for by filing of the Contempt Petition have already been followed in the from of the decision taken, nothing survives in the petition. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
