The learned advocate for respondent No. 2 by relying on the decision of learned Single Judge of this Court in Wandana Ramkrushna Neskar Vs. State of Maharashtra & Others, 2009 (1) Bom.C.R. 890, submits that the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy of filing revision under section 155 of Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1958.

Placed in this situation, the learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file revision under section 155 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act,1958.
