Mr. Dhakne, the learned counsel submits that, the proposal was submitted by the management to the Project Officer for the regularization of service of the petitioner. The project officer has recommended the said proposal to the respondent No. 3 thereby recommending that the earlier period when the approval was not granted be condoned. The said recommendation was made in February 2014. The persons who were juniors to the petitioners are regularized in service, however, no decision is taken by the respondent No. 3 on the recommendation given by the project officer.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, the respondent No. 3 would take the decision on the said proposal/recommendation on its own merits.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order. 4.

The respondent No. 3 shall take decision on the recommendation (Exhibit - H) of the respondent No. 4 in case of petitioner seeking regularization expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from today. The writ petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
