The deceased respondent No.1 Vijay Simratmal in the first petition is petitioner No.1 in the second petition. CA No.6992/2016 has been filed by the LR's of Vijay Simratmal to be brought on record as petitioners in the said petition.

Mr.Sancheti, learned Advocate rightly submits that the same applicants, who would become petitioners in the second petition, will have to be brought on record as LR's of respondent No.1 in the first petition.

Considering that the LR's have appeared before the Court, both khs/APRIL 2019/14833-d

- 2 - these civil applications are allowed. The petitioners in the respective petitions shall bring on record the said LR's in their respective capacities, on or before 10/06/2019. Mr.Bajaj, learned Advocate appears on behalf of the LR's of deceased Vijay Simratmal, in both the petitions.
