Learned advocate Shri. Amit Mukhedkar appearing in the First Appeal submits that on last occasion he made statement that his application for bringing legal heirs is still pending, in fact said application is already disposed of vide order dated 25.08.2023. He further submits that now he is pressing Civil Application in First Appeal for withdrawal of amount. He submits that Civil Application filed by petitioner in Writ Petition for bringing legal heirs is still pending. Therefore, that Civil Application needs to be decided.
