Motion is made for speaking to minutes dated 25-11-2024. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he was challenging the order of respondent - committee, invalidating his tribe claim, so also the order passed by respondent no. 3, terminating his employment on the ground of invalidation. He points out that though the writ petition was allowed, no relief in respect of the order passed by respondent no. 3 of termination finds place in the order. 3.

Learned advocate Mr. Tribhuwan h/f. Mr. Wange for respondent no. 3 concedes the position.

In the light of above, following paragraph shall be added at the end of the order dated 25-11-2024 :

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 2 WP / 9436 / 2024 "14. The order of termination passed by respondent no. 3 dated 12-07-2024 (Exhibit - D) is also quashed and set aside."
