Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not in a position to deposit 50% amount of arrears vide order dated 2nd March, 2023, passed by this Court. 2.

Perusal of record shows that another order was passed on 31st March, 2023, granting last chance to the petitioner to deposit the said amount. It is also further recorded in the order that in case the said amount is not deposited by petitioner, the petition shall stand dismissed. Even thereafter, further time of two weeks is granted.

From the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, it is clear that there is non-compliance of order of this Court. Hence, petition stands dismissed.
