1] The present Civil Application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent nos. 1 to 3 as directed by this Court by order dated 5th December, 2019.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants has also taken into consideration para no. 5 of the order dated 5th December, 2019 wherein it is mentioned that the application for withdrawal of the amount would be permitted subject to filing of an affidavit undertaking.
