This is an Application for condonation of 416 days delay in preferring the Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 25th June 2019 passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Parbhani in M.A.C.P. No.168 of 2014, by which the Applicant's/Claimant's Petition came to be dismissed. 2.

On this Application notice was issued by order dated 20h June 2023. The learned Advocate Mr. Kale and Mr. Deshmukh appears for Respondent No.1 and Respondent No.2-Insurance Company.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant that sufficient reasons are shown in the Application which prevented him to file the Appeal within the stipulated time. He submits that the Application be allowed.
