Present application is filed for recalling the order dated 12.7.2024, which was a conditional order that in case of non removal of office objections,the petition would stand dismissed. The applicant/petitioner could not remove the office objections within time given and, therefore, petition was treated as dismissed on 30.7.2024. Now, the applicant is undertaking to remove the office objections. 2.

In view of the said statement, the order dated 12.7.2024 stands recalled. Petition is restored to file at its original position. Time of two weeks is given to remove office objections. Even after time is
