Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount in following manner :- a] The applicant no.1 is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.20.00 lacs (Rs. Twenty lacs) and Rs.10.00 lacs (Rs. Ten lacs) each be kept in fixed deposit receipts in any nationalized Bank in the name of applicant nos. 2 and 3 till they attain the age of majority, however, the applicant no.1 is permitted to withdraw quarterly interest on said amount fixed in the FDR in any Nationalized Bank. 3.

The applicant no.4 is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.5.00 lacs (Five Lacs). Balance amount shall be kept in any nationalized bank in FDR initially for a period of five years and be renewed thereafter as directed by this Court.

Civil application accordingly disposed of.
