This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the appellants is present. Mr. Soman, learned counsel for respondent No. 2/National Insurance Company is present. Officer of the National Insurance Company Mr. K. P. Pawar is also present.

The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

The appeal is disposed of in the terms of compromise terms ("X").

The Insurance Company to deposit an amount of compensation of Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rs. Seven Lakh only) with M.A.C.T., Shahada in M.A.C.P. No. 148/2014 within a period of six (06) months from the date of compromise.

The original claimants are entitled to withdraw that amount of compensation in terms of compromise. Learned Member, M.A.C.T., Shahada to pass necessary orders to that effect. 6.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
