This is for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 13.08.2025. 2.

In paragraph No. 5, instead of permitting the applicant to receive the amount on furnishing 'undertaking' it is recorded that amount be disbursed on furnishing 'solvent surety/security'.

The preceding paragraph shows that applicants were permitted to receive the amount on furnishing undertaking. The mistake is obvious and needs rectification.

In paragraph no. 5 after the word 'furnishing', further words "solvent surety/security" shall be replaced by "undertaking". 5.

Necessary correction be made and a fresh order be uploaded. 6.

Motion is disposed of.
