The Petitioner claims to be an encroacher prior to 1978. He has received a notice dated 28/04/2023 for removing the encroachment. He has submitted his reply on 24/05/2023. Decision is still not taken.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.4/Tahsildar, to follow the due procedure laid down in law and take a decision on the said notice in the light of the reply of the Petitioner, within 30 days from today. Until 30 days from today or the date of the decision of the
