The appointment order shows that panal for selection of Secretary was prepared for the period of three years and that was prepared in the year 2013 and appointment was given in August 2013. The period of three years is over and in ordinary course, the new list must have been prepared and so, nothing survives in the present matter. The petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court if occasion arises.
