This is an application for stay to the operation ad execution of the impugned award. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant insurance company submits that in fact the applicant is not statutorily liable to pay the compensation as ordered by the learned Tribunal. He further submits that the Motorcycle driver as well as rickshaw driver were held equally responsible for the payment of compensation. 50% liability to pay compensation is saddled upon the present applicant insurance company.

For the reasons stated in the application, the execution and operation of the impugned award is stayed on condition that the appellant Insurance company shall deposit the amount of compensation as ordered by the 1/2
