The applicant has fled this application for amending his name in the appeal as Swapnil Gyanraj Bhosale from his earlier name Anant Gyanraj Bhosale which he changed by public in offcial gazette dated 04/10/2012. Further, the Adharcard issued to him also shows his name as Swapnil. Moreover, there is also mutation entry wherein his name is shown changed as Swapnil from Anant. However, the land reference was decided in the year, 2013 and prior to that his name was changed, but he did not intimate to the reference court.

As such, considering the negligent on the part of the applicant who had attained majority in the year 2004 itself,

2 924 ca 10005-23 application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B subject to deposit of costs of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the Government Pleader's Library, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within a period of one week.
