Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2- Divisional Committee for Verification of Caste Certificate, Dhule to take decision on the caste verification proposal of the petitioner pending with the committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed.

3.

In the meanwhile, respondent No.3 University is directed to declare the result of the petitioner for 4th Semester examination of IInd Year Pharmacy Course 1/2

916.odt forthwith and if eligible, Respondent No.4 College shall permit the petitioner to secure admission to the next year Degree Course. Admission of the petitioner to the decree course shall be subject to the final outcome of the proceedings pending with Respondent No.2 Committee.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of.
