We are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, as it does not contain the documents to substantiate that encroachment is made on the road.

The petitioner may take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum and the authority in case the petitioner can show there is encroachment on the road by the respondents herein. In that event all contentions are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
