1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and learned counsel for respondent no.3.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that appeal filed by respondent no.1 is dismissed by this Court. The award amount is deposited by respondent no.1 before this Court. Out of that amount, 50% amount is already withdrawn by the applicants, hence, requested to allow the applicants to withdraw remaining 50% amount along with accrued interest thereon.
