These are the applications for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court.

The learned Advocate for the applicants/claimants points out that this Court has already allowed some of the claimants to withdraw the amount in Civil Application No.6883/2019 in First Appeal (St.) No.25601/2013 with connected matters, by the order dated 19th June, 2019 and the same order may be passed in these applications.

Mr. Gaikwad, learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body in some matters submits that similar order can be passed even in these matters.

The applications are allowed. The applicants are allowed to withdraw 70% of the amount deposited in this Court by furnishing an undertaking in usual terms.
