ORDER

Not on board taken on board with the consent of the parties.

This appeal is placed before today's National Lok Adalat dated 27.07.2024.

Learned Advocate Mr. Mohit R. Deshmukh, for the appellant,Insurance Company is present whereas the respondent/ claimants are personally present and they have also submitted their Adhar Cards with the settlement terms. 4.
The rival parties have amicably settled the lis and
-2accordingly placed on record settlement terms entered between them with the authority letter in the name of Advocate Shri. Mohit R. Deshmukh, by the appellant, Insurance Company. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The contents are also verified from the parties and they admitted the same.

As such, the appeal is disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement terms 'X'. The award be drawn up accordingly. The appellant/Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of compensation as per settlement terms in the concerned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Nanded by adjusting statutory deposit. The amount of statutory deposit, deposited here by the appellant/Insurance Company be transmitted to the concerned learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Nanded. The respondent/claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation along with the amount of statutory deposit along with the interest after it is deposited in the concerned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Nanded by the appellant/Insurance Company.

The Court fees be refunded to the appellant/Insurance Company as per rules. Accordingly, the appeal stands
