...RESPONDENTS ...

Mr.Hemant Surve Advocate for Applicants.

Mr.M.M. Nerlikar, A.P.P. for Resp. Nos. 1 to 5. ...

CORAM: A.B. CHAUDHARI AND INDIRA K. JAIN, JJ.

DATE : 7TH SEPTEMBER, 2015 ORDER :

.

Heard Mr. Hemant Surve, learned counsel

appearing for the Applicants.

2.

The learned counsel for the Applicants invited our attention to the notices issued under Section 41 of the Code of Criminal procedure and submitted that the Applicants were called by various police officers for enquiry and the Applicants promptly attended the Police Station and co-operated. The counsel submits that now, daughter-in-law of Applicant No.2, who was not to be inducted in the house by the Applicants, under the pressure of local police officers, she has been inducted in the house against the wishes of the Applicants.

3.

We have seen the notices and we find that, since the Applicants have co-operated with police machinery as contended by learned counsel Mr. Surve, we do not think that anything further needs to be done. Hence we make following order:-

O R D E R

Criminal Application No.4499 of 2015 is disposed of, with liberty in favour of the Applicants to approach this Court as and when occasion arises.
