Nobody is present for the petitioner. The learned counsel for respondents drew attention of this Court and submitted that on 24.2.2016 this Court had made order against petitioner and he was directed to deposit the deficit court fee. But, till today deficit court fee is not paid. On the last date i.e. on 20.2.2018 nobody was present for petitioner. No interest is shown to prosecute the matter. The proceeding is dismissed for default and for non prosecution.
